Couples/Marriage Therapy – One Partner

Couples Therapy works best when both partners participate. However, if your relationship is in trouble and your partner isn’t ready for counseling, individual therapy can still be beneficial. Even without your partner present, I can assess your relationship from your perspective and guide you toward a better understanding of how your beliefs, emotions, and behaviors affect your relationship. In our sessions, we will also explore how you and your partner communicate, and I will provide strategies that you can use to avoid conflict and promote openness with your partner.
